We booked three rooms at Cielito Lindo for spring break, from April 3 to 10. When we asked about the cancellation terms, we were told we could cancel up to two weeks beforehand for a full refund. Within two weeks, a refund would depend on whether they could rebook the rooms. On March 2, we decided to postpone because we were uncertain about travel, including flight disruptions and conflict abroad. We didn't ask for all the money back. Since we planned to visit in the near future and still wanted to stay at Cielito Lindo, we suggested they keep the deposits for two rooms and apply them to a future booking. They agreed, and said they would refund the deposit for the third room. Since then we've followed up several times about that refund without success. In one message, they said other guests had canceled and refunds were being handled in cancellation order. We haven't received the money or any further replies. Cielito Lindo Suites look like lovely places to stay in a great Rinconada location, but we're disappointed they haven't followed through on the booking agreement.

I've stayed at Cielito Lindo Suites many times, and each visit has somehow been better than the one before. It's my usual spot in Puerto, and I'll be back. There are only a few studios, so the place never feels crowded, and the pool is often peaceful and all yours. Cesar, who runs the place, is a real treasure, friendly and welcoming, and always making sure you feel at home. You can ask for a diving mask, parasol, beach towels, and plenty of other things. It's a beautiful, peaceful place to stay while still being close to everything in town. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely balconies and access to a small pool. It's in a great spot near the swimming beaches and some excellent restaurants, and La Punta's nightlife is a quick taxi ride away. César is a kind, welcoming host with great recommendations.

The third-floor studio had a comfortable king-size bed, a kitchen, and a spacious private balcony. We didn't need the optional A/C, since the two ceiling fans and standing fan were enough. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, a blender, and a large coffee machine, and the shower had hot water. My husband and I stayed for six nights and absolutely loved it. The owners were very supportive and answered all our questions. It's a five-minute walk to the stairs down to Playa Carrizalillo, my favorite beach in Puerto. I'd happily stay here again.

The owners were helpful and quick to respond, and you can borrow snorkelling gear too. It's a cute building in a great location, with spacious, nice suites and a good pool area. Best place for the price.
