The rooms are fine and the pool is okay, but the restaurant service is so slow you could be here until you get old. If you want to eat without a drink, this is the place. I’d recommend Mercado de zicatela instead. Choose wherever you like there, the service is quick and the food tastes good.

It looks new, and I hope they keep the quality up. The rooms are very comfortable, the facilities are impeccable, and the service is top-notch. I’d say it has some of the best infrastructure among hotels in Puerto Escondido. It’s right on the highway, so getting to any beach is easy, and Punta Zicatela, with its range of restaurants and bars, is close by.

The receptionist was very attentive, and we were really happy with the service. The beds were comfortable, the cushions lovely, and the bathrooms were super cool with the fan. The juices they sell at the hotel are delicious too. One small thing: we went out at night, and they were slow to open in the early morning. Apart from that, everything was great. Don’t change a thing. We hope to return soon. Greetings!

The day pass worked out really well for us, and we got to watch the sunset from there. Service was very good, and the staff at the bar were attentive.

I liked the rooms, and the bed and bathroom were clean. The pool was nice, and parking was good. My problem was the restaurant, where I had a bad experience with poor service from the waitress.
