It feels like a little jungle in the middle of the village, and it’s wonderfully calm. The pool is a lovely place to unwind after a long day. You’re right by the beach, and everything else is within a ten-minute walk. The shared areas are lovely, and check-in and checkout were both easy. Reception were incredibly helpful, arranging scooter rentals and giving good tips on places to eat, drink, and swim. The room is functional and fine, even if it isn’t especially stylish or beautiful. Having AC was a huge plus. The white curtains let in early morning light, so keep that in mind if you need a pitch-black room to sleep. Bathroom lighting wasn’t great for makeup, and there was no hair conditioner.

The people working there were kind, helpful, respectful, and gave honest advice. We were also given a guide with recommendations when we arrived. The hotel provides what you might need, including beach towels and umbrellas, spacious rooms with AC and a fan, and somewhere to leave luggage and shower after checkout. It’s a great choice in La Punta. The location is ideal, near the beach, cafes, and restaurants, while still incredibly quiet and relaxing. We’re very grateful for the stay and had an ideal holiday ☺️

We originally booked four nights and added another three because we loved this place. It’s tucked away but still very close to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. Lucia, Oskar, and Eder from the reservation team were wonderful hosts and made us feel comfortable. The rooms are lovely, the jungle garden has a great pool, and it was all a great bargain. Absolutely worth it.

I left the hotel the same day and had to arrange late-night transport and pay for another hotel myself. The water and electricity were unreliable, and I couldn’t study or work, which was why I had booked the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless guests are told about this beforehand and are comfortable with utilities that may not be available. No one mentioned during booking or check-in that the property depended on a generator or that basic services could be unavailable. Within minutes of entering my room, the lights and water went off while I was showering. Staff then said the generator was only turned on by request and couldn’t be used often. I spent several hours away to give them time to fix things, but when I returned around 5:40 p.m., there was still no water or electricity. Even after I asked how I was supposed to shower or get ready, staff refused to start the generator and told me to wait until later. They said it gets hot, which made no sense in the situation. They only switched it on briefly after I mentioned contacting Booking.com, then claimed the problem was fixed. That was misleading. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked for basic necessities. I did not stay or sleep there.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, quiet, and very close to the beach. The pool and lounging area were amazing. I also love that a local family owns it.
