The neighborhood was so quiet, with birds as the main sound, and the staff were really careful and helpful with parking. The rooms were very, very clean, and everyone was friendly. I'd come back. Thanks to the staff.

The main drawback was how much sound carried into the rooms, both from the street and from other guests. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach. On the plus side, the room service was good, the staff were lovely, and the room had air conditioning and hot water. They also provide free coffee and water. Norberto at reception was especially friendly, and everything was incredibly clean.

The room was super clean compared with places I've seen elsewhere in Mexico, and there's laundry service on site. The location isn't the best, but it works for the price, and it's perfectly fine for a stay in PE. One thing to know: taxi drivers didn't recognize the hotel name. Apparently, it used to be called "Hotel Escondido".

The family who runs this locally owned hotel are so sweet and accommodating. They even valet parked cars overnight, and when it rained, they moved them so drivers could get in without getting wet. The rooms are comfortable and everything is super clean. Great value, too, with air conditioning and parking.

We found this a handy place to stay, with very clean rooms, good air conditioning, and staff who were extremely friendly and welcoming. It's such good value for money, and the best place we've stayed in Mexico.
