The building is beautiful and the location is fantastic, but I had to leave a one-star review because the internet promise and the handling of my booking were both a problem. After my previous Airbnb lost power, I booked in person today because I needed a room connection for confidential work meetings. Before charging my card for all four nights upfront, the hotel confirmed that internet would work in the room. It didn’t. I could only use WhatsApp, and the front desk couldn’t fix it. We tried several other rooms and none worked either. I said I’d need to find somewhere else so I could attend my meetings, but they refused to cancel or refund the booking. They told me the hotel chain operates out of Cancun, so a refund was impossible. If you need internet for work or anything else, this isn’t the place for you.

We’re definitely coming back. I travel around the world with my two children, and I honestly haven’t stayed anywhere nicer. The staff were so warm and friendly, the pool was perfect, and the hotel was immaculate. The free breakfast was stunning, too. As a surfer, I loved that it’s right on top of one of Mexico’s best surf breaks. Thanks so much for everything ❤️

The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel is only 50 meters from the beach, with shops and restaurants close by. There’s a lovely first-floor terrace facing the sea, where you can watch the sunsets. A very nice hotel, highly recommended.

The restaurant QUINTO is a real highlight, with an exceptional gastronomic experience and a 5-star rating. The hotel itself is undoubtedly one of the best in Puerto Escondido, thanks to its architecture, service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location.
