We spent a great week here with family. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe, and the caretakers were excellent. The kitchen is a good size for making meals for a group. San Jose has lots more great things to do now than it used to. Buzzards down the street may look unassuming, but don’t overlook it.

A beautiful oceanfront villa with four master bedrooms. You can lounge in the vanishing-edge pool or walk straight onto the sand, then get out of the sun in the on-site theater or gym. The local owners keep the place well maintained, are accommodating, and know the area and available resources extremely well. I’m coming back ASAP!

Our booking was canceled the night before Escape to Cabo. Villa Castillo was a huge disappointment, and the cancellation caused a lot of stress and drama. I wouldn’t trust them.

The place has a peaceful, relaxing feel, and the location, hosts, and facilities all add to it. The luxury is top notch, with a world class facility. A must stay, if you can get it!
