Tanya and Marco were thoughtful, excellent hosts, and we felt at home right away. The casa is clean, bright, charming, and comfortable. It’s in a lovely central neighbourhood, close to everything but away from the noisy touristy area. We’re already planning another trip to their little piece of paradise.

Casa de Descanso is always our first choice when we visit PV. Tania and Marco are the best hosts, professional and caring. I should have reviewed our home away from home before, but maybe I was worried our little secret would get out. It seems it has, since it gets harder to book every year. Still, it’s worth it.

It feels like home, a chill, cozy, clean place in a very good location. Close to venues and stores, on a quiet, safe, nice street. It feels like a real Vallarta house. No AC.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can save quite a bit by cooking. Inside is lovely, and outside the weather is always beautiful. I spent the past three winters there and was delighted with the welcome, location, and cleanliness, as well as how helpful Marco and Tania were.
