Construction around the hospital and other buildings near Zoho Skies means quiet days may be hard to come by. The saddest part is that most of the three buildings at Zoho are already starting to look dated next to all the new construction, and part of the view will be blocked before long. The location is ideal for me personally, but all the chaos means I won't be back. I'm glad I didn't invest here last year when I was considering it. I've been coming over the past year and have seen maintenance and security staff turn over, along with a change in security companies. I understand trying to find the right fit, but the inconsistency has to stop somewhere. It seems to come from upper management. The community has three buildings, each with a different property management company, plus an internal community office, and nobody seems to know how to run it. Pools and elevators are frequent problems, even though they're a big reason people stay here. Security runs things with an iron fist, like a communist dictatorship, and it seems no one speaks English. Rules appear to change constantly, aren't posted, and the ones that are posted don't match what security tells you. The pools have algae and heavy calcium buildup. Weeds on the rooftop landscaping grow higher than the retaining wall in places. Stucco is cracked around several buildings, with no visible repair plan. A few times the water was shut off, so I contacted owners, went to security, and texted the property manager to find out what was going on. Once, security came to my floor and turned it back on in the control closet, then blamed management for accidentally shutting it off. Some gym equipment needs attention as well. One morning I asked the property manager about the algae in the pools, and he said, “they don't have money for chemicals to treat the pools.” I was speechless. You'd think they'd clean the pools on a weekend when guests are staying, but they don't.

The views are incredible, and security was quick to respond. I stayed alone as a young woman and felt safe. The pools were a bit warm, but never crowded. They close at 10 p.m., though I stayed up there until 11 without any hassle. Alcohol wasn't allowed in the pools, but I never got caught. You can see ships coming in from the top, although there's plenty of nearby construction noise. Zoho Skies is a gorgeous building and grounds, and the complex will be massive once it's finished. It looks about halfway done. The three main buildings are separate towers, so you can't go from one pool to another. It's within walking distance of the main highway and monkey business, among other places. The room on the third floor had no view, and it felt kind of pricey for what you got. The building is new and hasn't been updated on Google maps. I rented through airBNB. After checkout my host tried to charge me for a “missing” item, but I'd taken a video before leaving and the item was in the unit. Always keep proof! I'd stay here again.

One thing to know before booking: Towers 2 and 3 are managed separately from Tower one, and their pools aren’t heated right now. I was told they’re supposed to be, but there’s some issue with the HOA. Tower one does have a heated pool. Zoho Skies is generally a nice place to visit, but keep that difference in mind if you’re expecting a warm pool.

The rooftop pool was spotless and incredible, and the building and amenities are top-tier. The location is fantastic, too. We stayed in an Airbnb here and found the security and staff friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

There are plenty of good places to eat and drink within walking distance, and the location is central to both Mexican and American store chains. I love the units and amenities here, especially the top-notch pools.
