The pool was superb, and our room was clean, tidy, and well appointed. Staff were helpful, too. It’s a short walk to restaurants and the beach, with the Funicular down the road and a quick trip to the local coffee house. We really enjoyed our stay and had no negatives.

Getting around the neighborhood was easy from this convenient location, and check-in and checkout were a breeze. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to ship back something I’d forgotten. I’d happily stay here again.

Our 60-minute couples massage was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. We were placed in separate rooms, and the setting felt professional, clean, and relaxing. We were also charged in Canadian dollars, which was a bonus since the owner is based in Canada. I only wish it were a bit easier to get to so we could come back.

I had a glow-up facial with Sunny, and the whole thing felt out of this world. She was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I felt safe and comfortable, like I was being taken care of. Afterwards I felt beautiful and amazing. I can’t believe how good I look without makeup. In the photos, the one on the right is from earlier that morning and the one on the left is after the facial. The bags under my eyes are gone, and I look amazing. Thank you.

I’ve stayed at Zona Z on several trips to Puerto Vallarta and have always had a great stay. It doesn’t break the budget, and the accommodations are stylish, with great service and amenities. I also highly recommend the attached spa and the Chiropractic services. Dr Marc is amazing, the best I’ve been to.
