A year later, I still think this is a great budget place. It's by a major road and bus routes, near both the bus station and airport. Towels are available at the desk starting in the afternoon, so you do need to ask for them. We first used it at short notice to rest after our flight before taking a bus the next day. The room was clean, quiet and nice, with AC and comfortable beds, for a decent price. There weren't towels in the room, but we probably could have asked.

Small, no-frills rooms, but they were spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is across from the bus depot, making it handy for late airport arrivals and easy to catch a bus in the morning. It's a five-minute taxi ride from the airport. We'll definitely stay here when passing through town.

The service was really poor, and I can't recommend this place. Halfway through the night, the AC started leaking onto the bed. We told them, and they said we'd have to deal with it. Very disappointing for the 600 pesos we spent.

The front desk people were friendly. It's a good hotel for the price, with a small, clean room and a location close to everything.

The beds were comfortable, and the service was good.
