Hotel Mesa N De Sara

We booked at the last minute after our original reservation fell through, and I'm glad it did because this place was great value for the price. The location worked really well without a car, especially since parking is limited. Staff were friendly, offered recommendations, and tried to make us comfortable. The rooms aren't fancy, but they were functional, which suited me. Breakfast was pretty good and included with our booking.

The building is gorgeous and recently renewed, and the patio is lovely, with a cute, clean restaurant café. This place has the potential to be a nice hotel, but right now it feels more like a hostel. The room and bathroom weren't clean, and the floor seemed never to have been vacuumed. I'd rather they clean the room and bathroom than take my towel and soap every day, since I can reuse both. I also wish the towels were already in the room instead of having to remember to collect them from reception each day. New sheets, blankets, and towels would help too. I don't like leaving a bad review, and I hope this is taken as constructive feedback.

The worst hotel. No internet or water, let alone hot water, and the service was terrible. Everything was bad.

It's a comfortable, practical budget option right in the city center, and the rooms are nice. Just be aware that the beds are very firm and can be uncomfortable. There's also a brewery at the entrance that has gigs or events almost daily, and you can hear everything 😅.
