Carlos was an excellent host and gave us a top service tour of the hotel. It's right in the town center, and the rooftop restaurant has an amazing view over town. A great fit if you love that kind of view.

The lobby was freezing, while the second floor and above were extremely hot. Even the gym had no air on. Breakfast was only bread and coffee, and the yogurt was two days past its expiration date. I wouldn't recommend it at all; only the exterior looks nice. The supposedly nice room was so cheap it didn't even have a desk, apparently because it had a balcony. The basic room had a desk but no window, which made me feel incarcerated. If I could give it no stars, I would.

The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the staff were so nice. Everyone was kind and kept checking whether we needed anything. I enjoyed the stay, especially the designated smoking area. The rooftop jacuzzi lets you soak outdoors. I also liked that the hotel stays locked, which made me feel secure.

Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and came with complimentary wine, water, and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included and delicious. The parking garage is a little small, though well lit and secure. The hotel is minutes from the border, beside a busy plaza and a short walk from shopping and dining. It was a great way to spend time in one of the busiest cities across the Texas border. We'll definitely stay again soon.

A very nice, convenient place to stay, with service that did the job. We asked them to make a special consideration for our stay, and they were flexible with us. Not every hotel would do that.
