The fridge worked and the air conditioning was on, which were the only real positives for me. They didn't supply towels, and both the blender and stove were out of order. You can be charged for dirty dishes, yet there's no soap or sponge to wash them. Parking isn't guaranteed, and Wi-Fi only reaches the rooms downstairs. The location works for a quick stay, but I wouldn't choose it for a weekend or several days. Two stars.

We'd been coming here for our vacations for a while, but after what happened yesterday, we're done. We arrived exhausted from the trip after speaking with them that afternoon about getting in that evening. The receptionist was stubborn and the way we were treated was really rude, like we were imposing. We tried to sort things out, but got nowhere. There are other places with better service, so we went elsewhere and won't return. I hope other people think twice and consider the alternatives.

There were cockroaches everywhere, and almost nothing inside worked. Water was leaking from everything. They also don't let you take the tables set outside the rooms onto the beach. Everything is far away, so I won't stay at that bungalow again. Zero recommendation.

The bathrooms were in awful shape, and there was a sewer smell around the grills between the pool and shower. My room was small and dirty, with an uncomfortable bed, and neither the TV nor stove worked. Service was terrible too. Miss Madalay at reception looked very unfriendly, and her brother, who stays there at night, was really rude. I was embarrassed in front of the family I was with. Never going back.
