The room was pretty nice and not too bad at all. I liked the pool too. It was cool, but not uncomfortably cold.

Our first-floor king suite was spacious and comfortable, and everything worked. The fridge stayed nice and cold, and the big gas stove was great. For about $95 a night, we felt we got a clean, roomy place and really enjoyed our month-long stay from January to February. The people working there made it especially memorable. Mario was always ready to help, fix things, and make improvements without us needing to complain. Diana at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient with Google Translate, and Itzel always greeted us with a smile. Giovana, who cleaned the rooms, was hardworking and lovely. If you need something, just ask. They'll help or do their best. A couple of things could make the stay even better. The pool area needs at least 6-10 lounge chairs, which would make it more enjoyable and might help the restaurant sell more drinks and snacks. Restaurant events can get very loud, sometimes late, especially in pool-facing rooms. Stopping the music around 9:30 or 10 would make it easier to bear. The hotel is still pretty new, so I know they're figuring things out. Thanks to the lovely crew. I won't forget you, and I hope there are lounge chairs next year!

I really can't recommend this place. We were traveling as a family, and my baby needs warm water for baths. There was no hot water, and it seemed like the water and air conditioning had been out for a while. The dark-haired receptionist said the water would be back in five minutes, but it wasn't. When I complained, she suggested heating water in a pot, something I wouldn't even have at home, and then got angry with me. You can't say anything to them anymore.

The apartments are nice, but the shared pool area seemed neglected to me and wasn't clean. There was even poop in the hallway beside the pool. There's no wheelchair access either.
