The staff were friendly and helpful, and could arrange local transport and tours. I liked the airy feel and the elevated spot, with views over the harbor activity, plus the restaurant’s updated versions of classic Mexican seaside dishes. The linens were excellent, and the TV and internet were good. A continental breakfast was included. The bathtub was awkward to use and fill, so I missed having a proper soak. The balcony was tiny and its sliding doors stuck badly. There’s no self-catering, and drinks aren’t permitted, which was a drawback since I like taking a bottle onto the terrace. The top floor also means a lot of stairs. Still, it’s a very nice, modern hotel and probably the most comfortable option in the area. Recommended.

The staff made the stay for me, especially Jose, who was incredibly helpful. I was there for a fishing trip and was very pleased with the accommodations. The room was nice and had AC, and the food tasted good.

The staff really stood out during our week here with a group of friends. I was impressed with the rooms and the food too. We stayed and fished, and if you're in the area, stop in for drinks and food.

We only came in for dinner and drinks, and José made us feel welcome. The soup was fresh and tasty, and the cocktails were blended just right. Great music and a really nice atmosphere.

The rooms were very clean, though they could use maintenance and an update, so I'd rate them 60%. Service and staff get 100%, as does the restaurant food. The location also gets 100%. Overall, a middle-of-the-road hotel.
