The rooms are comfortable and clean. But at night, one receptionist has to handle guests and open the parking garage, which can leave you waiting more than 40 minutes if she's busy. I think they should give her a support person. The price isn't so low that they can't afford another person for that shift. They need to cut costs, but not by making one worker do both jobs, especially with her working alone late at night and at risk.

The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the bed is comfortable. Rooms for two run around 1,700 pesos, which may feel a little expensive for a place that isn't a tourist destination, but it's a welcome option for a good night's sleep. There's an elevator, and some rooms overlook Río Verde's main square. Parking is a block away. The room has air conditioning, hot water, a wardrobe, and cable TV with apps.
