The wait at reception was awful, and the restaurant servers had a horrible wait too. The worst thing happened when we went to a hotel bar: our wallets and phones were stolen. When we went back and told a receptionist, she said she could help recover our stuff for a thousand dollars. That seemed really suspicious, so we left the hotel before our scheduled checkout. 😬

It’s a humble, affordable place with parking and 24/7 security. The free breakfast at el patio restaurant is real and included. The service was great, and it’s clean. It’s not a luxury hotel, but you can really relax here.

The place is run down, and the hot tubs weren’t hot. Parking costs extra, and at checkout they asked for a deposit and looked for issues like stains to deduct from it. They also have a picture of a boat, but there’s no boat here at all. Check-in took an hour, and checkout was the worst. I’ve stayed at many hotels and even worked at one, and this was my worst experience. I could go on, but I’d rather pay you to stay somewhere else.

Room 418 was bare and poorly maintained, with very outdated accommodations and few basic amenities. There was no TV or air conditioner, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, which was inconvenient. The staff were courteous and responsive, though, especially when I asked for ice. It was delivered promptly. Checkout was a different story. A security guard inspected the room and said a TV was missing. I told him there hadn’t been one when I checked in, but he had to call his manager to confirm. That delayed me by more than 30 minutes, which was frustrating because I was on a tight schedule. The guard eventually came back, confirmed the manager already knew the TV was missing, apologized, and let us leave. The guard also complained that a towel was “dirty” because it had some red makeup on it. I explained it was red residue from the bar soap they provide. After talking to his manager, he said that wasn’t an issue either. I’m not sure whether he was trying to make a couple bucks, but the whole thing felt hostile and wasted my time. If you stay here, I strongly recommend documenting the room’s condition and reporting missing amenities at check-in, so you can avoid stress and delays later. I’ll personally never set foot in this hotel again.
