The place wasn't clean, the staff were rude, and there were no amenities to speak of, which is ridiculous for the price. You even pay for every cup of coffee and each creamer, with no free coffee in the room. The worst part was the hefty deposit. It felt like they planned to keep some of it. They said they were charging us for smoking damage, but we never smoked. They claimed they had video and would send it, but nothing ever came. Now they've ignored my emails, and I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK! We stayed three nights for $800-9, and the online claim that children stay free wasn't true. They told us an additional single guest would cost $135 USD for the night. The security deposit was $600 USD, and that charge wasn't shown on the site. At check-in, the woman's demeanor changed after she realized we weren't fluent in Spanish. There was no Wi-Fi and no AC. We hadn't checked the reviews beforehand, so I keep wondering what else they'll charge us after checkout. Update as of 10/20/25: We did not get our money back for the nights we paid for. I'm not surprised.

The TV fell in the middle of the night after we heard a loud noise. It wasn't secured, and we reported it, but the employee didn't ask if we were okay or seem to care. Then they charged me $280.00 for the TV. They never answer the phone, and the manager is always unavailable when I ask to speak with him. I'm not even sure he exists. The internet and electricity went out too. The employees were rude and didn't care about guests. They took a deposit and then looked for a reason to charge us. This place is a scam. DONT GO! TOTAL SCAM!

A really unique place, and the attendants are #1. I have no complaints at all. If you're looking for somewhere to relax, have a romantic stay, or simply get some rest, this is the place. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++ 1000000000000000% recommended.

Don't stay here, it's a scam. They demanded a 1k deposit when I arrived, then charged us every time we smoked on the patio without giving any warnings. Guests aren't allowed either. The rules make it feel like a prison.
