The front desk staff were professional, welcoming, and very helpful about keeping my luggage after checkout. The kitchen items are high quality, the bathroom is superb, and I liked the pool area and gym. On-site washers and dryers, plus easy-to-reach beverage machines, are handy for travelers. For the price, though, the location and facilities feel overpriced. It cost about 20% more than other hotels I usually stay at with similar amenities. The TV isn’t a Smart TV, which really sucks for entertainment, and the gym had no basic supplies like towels or water cups during my visit. A solid stay with good staff and room features, but the high price and lack of modern tech make it hard to recommend over similar, cheaper options nearby.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the last couple of years, and this one has been very, very good so far. The rooms, food, afternoon botana and drinks, and service are all fantastic. Everything feels like quality here. I’ll definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here lots of times, and it’s always been great. Arturo at reception has been friendly and helpful every time I’ve talked with him. I hope they keep such a welcoming staff.

Arturo at reception goes out of his way to learn everyone’s names, which honestly impresses me because I know I couldn’t do it. The receptionists are attentive and always happy to greet guests coming through the door. The service is great.
