Hotel Urdinola

Really cool old hotel, and it was clean with hot water.

The staff were super friendly, the location was very good, and the old building is beautiful. I had an excellent stay and would definitely come back.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, with lots of interesting places within walking distance. Parking next door is included. But the beds were awful. The mattress in my room must have been over 20 years old, and it was stained, dirty, and filthy. The pillows were just as bad. I had to layer clean sheets over the bed so I could sleep, then asked for no room cleaning for the remaining six days and did it myself so the sheets wouldn’t be moved. The cleaner had thrown the filthy blanket on top of my fresh sheets, so I had to change them all again. The towel was dirty too, and I requested clean ones. It was cold with no heater, and noisy, with nearby clubs playing loud music until about 3 am. The front desk staff were helpful and tried with what little they had. The owners need to spend money on new mattresses and pillows. That’s the most important thing in a room. Pictures coming up.

It was very cold, so we had to ask for extra blankets, and there was no heater. The floor under the beds was very dirty. We also had no internet or shower head. Although the room had a double bed, there was only one water glass. There were no towels or soap either, and we had to request all of those things.
