We booked through Airbnb thinking we had a private apartment, but it turned out to be part of the hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable, and nicer than the pictures suggested. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The gates by the rooms are locked at night, which made the parking feel secure. It’s near the Mercado and right across from the bus central. I’d recommend it.

The staff were friendly and attentive the whole time, and everything worked as it should. The rooms were spotless, and the hallway was clean too. It’s a quiet place with very affordable prices. I’d recommend it for an easy overnight stay.

The room smelled strongly of sewage, the facilities felt old, and some booking clauses had been left out. The price was far too high for the poor service. From the beginning, the reception staff treated me arrogantly and rudely. One receptionist in particular was unhelpful, discriminatory, and authoritarian. A terrible experience, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
