The facilities were in rough shape: the room had very little in it, just one coffee pod, a small bottle of water, and two bath towels, with no hand or floor towels. The gym was filthy and had neither water nor towels; the hot tub was being worked on, and the pool water looked cloudy and white. You can only arrive or leave by car. Customer service may have been the worst I've experienced. The staff were rude and seemed annoyed when I asked a question in English, even though the website says they speak English. The restaurant woman didn't want to serve me, despite my being the only person there.

This place is advertised as four stars, but it doesn't even feel like one. There was no air conditioning, no heat for cold nights, dirty hallways, and no hot water. It's in a heavily industrial area, not a tourist area. I heard authorities had closed it a while ago for not being safe. Don't book here, stay away.

I spent five days and four nights here in January 2016 while we were in Toluca for vehicle testing at Pegaso Dinamico Centro. The staff were courteous, the hotel was nice, and the food was pretty decent with plenty of buffet options. It was easy to get around from this location, and the sunset views from the main entrance were great.

The rooms are large, and the bed in mine was a super king, set well away from the window. Try for an even-numbered room if you can, since the odd-numbered ones face a busy highway and you can hear the traffic. The hotel is brilliant, with high-standard rooms and facilities. They gave me complimentary coffee and a bottle of water the first night, and coffee and water were also available in the corridor. Breakfast isn't included by default, but IIRC it's 100 pesos to add, so not especially expensive.
