Ms. Angeles made the stay especially good. We got in very late from the airport, and she was there and attentive; when we left early for a tour another time, she was available too, 24 hours a day. The hotel is welcoming, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and the price was low. It's a safe area, about a 10-minute walk from the center. We'll definitely return. Thank you for such good service.

I can't recommend this place. We had forgotten the documents for five minors traveling with us, and when we asked about them, the staff said they weren't there, even after we gave them the address of the place where we'd left them. Two or three hours later, as we were heading to the airport, they told us that if the documents were there, they'd already done it maliciously. The staff's behavior was a shame.

My wife and I were delighted with the service from Angeles. She's a young woman who was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, and she looked after us excellently. 100% recommended.
