We were only a short walk from the main tourist spots, and the hotel was great value. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a huge bed. The shared areas felt welcoming, and having a kitchen we could use was handy. The staff were helpful and friendly too. We’d happily recommend staying here.

The shared spaces are warm and nicely decorated, and the location worked really well for us. Restaurants, shops, and tours were all within walking distance, and there’s parking on site. The staff were courteous and friendly. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment with our family of three, and there was plenty of space left over. It had what we needed, including a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and a balcony with lovely views. We’d definitely recommend Hotel Jardines del Carmen.

We had a comfortable stay in a one-bedroom king apartment on the top floor. It was quiet, and the main walking street was just a five-minute walk away, with access to the main zócalo and beyond.

We enjoyed a peaceful seven-day stay. The apartment was clean and well cared for, and fresh towels arrived every day. The staff were kind and especially helpful. We also appreciated that hot water came on as soon as we turned on the tap. The hotel is an eight-minute walk from the center, but the area around it feels tucked away and calm. Just outside the apartment, there’s a pretty patio with a beautiful mountain view. It was a lovely place to have our morning coffee and listen to the birds.
