The restaurant serves great food, especially the Mexican bread, and the staff are really nice. The rooms are very clean, the showers have super hot water, and there’s a garage where you can leave your car and walk to the plaza. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms, which could bother some people, though it was fine for me. I imagine it depends on the season you visit San Cristobal. The price seems a little high compared with other hotels, but I think it’s worth it. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to San Cristobal.

We slept really well in the comfortable beds, and our room had decent internet. The rooms are clean and spacious. Since San Cristobal can feel a bit cold, the staff offered us extra blankets and heating. The hotel has a restaurant, the breakfast tasted good, and they also offer room service.

The restaurant serves breakfast food all day, and both the food and service were good. I also got plenty of help from the front desk, from general questions and small room issues to arranging a taxi. The rooms are roomy, and the plaza is attractive. I had a great stay.
