We were waiting for RV repairs and really needed somewhere to stay. This place was a godsend. Our host was very friendly, probably a native English speaker. Parking for our long bed truck was included in the courtyard, secured behind a garage door. We had the Mariposa room on the street and sidewalk side, but it felt very private and the street was quiet. The bedroom is separated from the living, dining, and kitchen area, with a door that closes it off. It’s a simple setup that works well for a couple, almost like a one bedroom apartment. There’s a basic kitchen, dining table, futon, daybed, queen bed, two TVs, wardrobe, and bathroom with a shower. It’s basic and not fancy or new, but clean and secure, with everything in easy walking distance in central San Felipe. Great value.

The place was clean, and the off street parking was a real plus. Sara was quick to respond and available, and even booked us at short notice. I’d stay again 👍

The location was great, and although we had to stay once we realized the layout wasn’t what we expected, everything was very clean. We thought we’d booked a two bedroom B&B apartment, but the living room and kitchen together with the bedroom are counted as two rooms. I didn’t get a chance to take more pictures before anyone came in. There were kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. Parking may be tight if friends or family arrive in separate cars. I do recommend staying here.

The setting felt safe and welcoming, and the host was wonderful. It’s in a great spot, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The owner was the worst part, especially the man. He was aggressive, angry, and a bad person. He thinks he’s better than Mexicans because he’s from America. The room smelled like tobacco, the bed was really uncomfortable, there weren’t any kitchen supplies, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. This was the worst place I’ve stayed in Mexico. Don’t go.
