It’s very quiet, the decor is nice, and there’s Wi-Fi. But there’s no hot water when it’s cloudy because the system is solar heated, so check the weather. They don’t sell snacks either. There is a soda machine, though a can costs 50 Mexican pesos.
I loved this place! It’s among the most beautiful hotels I’ve visited. The king suite is $1,400 MXP per night, the best price I’ve seen for this kind of room. It’s been remodeled perfectly, and the rooms have two levels, with a living room and bedrooms. There are free recreation areas too, including treadmills and billiards. A lovely way to get away with your partner for some private time. They don’t ask for a room deposit, and the water and basic services work. Call the number on the website and they’ll answer right away, or contact them on WhatsApp. Rating: 100,000,000.
The place looks very nice, but the stay was absolutely terrible. They charge a $350 deposit for the first night in case of damage, and we agreed to it. They only take credit cards, which we also accepted. But there was no hot water in the shower. They told us to leave it running for 10 minutes, even though that wastes so much water and the staff clearly didn’t care. We tried, and it still never got hot. I regret trying to stay somewhere with so many conditions and such terrible service. It’s not worth it, save yourself the trouble.
The rooms have a distinctive style, and it’s a great place to stay.
I really liked the facilities, and the staff were all so friendly. The place was clean and comfortable, with great service, too.
