The price is hard to justify. I paid 500 pesos here, while a nicer budget hotel in Leon cost 350 and had a door, elevator, awake staff and a restaurant. It would be cheaper and more comfortable to stay in Leon and take an Uber or bus here. I wouldn't recommend this place. The location is okay, though nothing special, and there’s no gate, so anyone can walk in. They have cameras, but I’m not sure anyone is watching them. When I came in late, the woman was stretched out behind the counter. The night shift was also noisy, watching a movie or TV that I could hear in my room. Maybe I got the wrong room, since I looked at several here, but the bed and pillows were both extremely hard. There were no lights, and I still don’t know why. At first I couldn’t find an outlet in the room either, until I realized the bed had to be moved a few meters. There wasn’t one in the bathroom. The shower took ages to warm up, and even then I wasn’t sure it would stay warm.

For what they charge per night, basic hot water should be available, but it isn’t. Locally, the place operates as a motel. I hope they make improvements as a hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, but a few things were disappointing. The bathroom in the room I requested had no window, and despite being told there would be hot water, I never got any, at night or in the morning. The towels were all torn, and they didn't provide a complete set of shower supplies. If this service were free, I wouldn't complain, but it's what you pay for and they say they offer complete service.

For a stopover, the simple rooms are functional and the prices are good. Our room had hot water, too. It does have more of a motel feel than a hotel. Getting back in can be a hassle if you go out often, since they don't give you a key. Each time you return, you have to ask someone to let you in. The bed is very hard, and because it's plastic, it makes a lot of noise when you turn over at night.
