Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos - Adults Only - All-Inclusive

The staff worked hard to make the stay memorable, and I want to thank Dulce at Blanc; Alexis, Nancy and Christian at Blanc Pizza; Chef Edgar, manager Asaf, and Benito at Lumier; Pedro at Yama; Miguel and Humberto at Bella; manager Raul and Diego at Habibi; Andres and Mario at the bell desk; Leticia at K’akau; Aurelia, Guadalupe, Eugenia, and Susana at Aura Spa; and Cynthia at Aura Salon. We were impressed with the food, service, and amenities at Le Blanc Cabos. In many ways it was the best all-inclusive experience we’ve had on land or at sea. The food was high quality and everything felt thoughtfully done. There were two areas that didn’t meet the same standard for us. The butlers were polite, but their help wasn’t especially useful for our needs since we’re self-sufficient and tech-savvy. We still felt obligated to tip, which made things awkward instead of adding value. At Aura Spa, one attendant gave me poor service and had a poor attitude. I raised it with the spa manager and hope it’s been addressed. I’d suggest prioritizing hydrotherapy access and attendants for guests with scheduled treatments. Despite those issues, the stay was outstanding, and Le Blanc Cabo is still the best all-inclusive we’ve visited. We look forward to returning.

Our butler Elvis made the stay even better, taking care of reservations, beach setup, and anything else we needed right away and with a friendly, professional attitude. He was attentive every day and clearly cared about making things special. The resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious, and the relaxed atmosphere, restaurants, food, and staff all made this one of our best resort stays. Everything exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return. The only downside was being pitched a timeshare at checkout.

Service was the standout at Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos. Almost everyone we met across the property was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely glad to be there. The beautiful, modern grounds are exceptionally well maintained, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the restaurants serve consistently good food with attentive service. The pools, beach areas, and shared spaces were immaculate and relaxing. We expected great hospitality and still found it exceeded expectations. A few parts of the experience were less smooth. Right after check-in, a coordinator pushed a 90-minute property tour in exchange for resort credits as part of a membership program. We declined, but the pitch felt persistent and like high-pressure sales. Coordinators were stationed in busy transition spots such as elevator lobbies, so they were hard to avoid early on. After a couple days, we might have been more receptive, but being approached on arrival was off-putting. The resort credits were less useful than they first seemed. Spa credits had limits, and leftover credits could only be used at certain on-site shops, where items were restricted and often overpriced before tax. With 16% tax, the value was minimal. Resort-booked excursions also cost quite a bit more than booking independently. Checkout was more procedural than expected for a luxury property. Airport transport wouldn’t take our luggage until we had a formal clearance card confirming the bill was settled. It’s understandable administratively, but added a step to what was otherwise a seamless, high-end stay. These drawbacks didn’t overshadow the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful property, or standout service. We’d absolutely consider returning.

The staff across the hotel were consistently professional and helpful, from the pool and spa teams to the waiters and cleaning staff. Angeles also deserves a special thanks for keeping our room spotless. Our butlers Kelly & Daniela were attentive, professional, and so kind that they made us feel like family. We enjoyed the food and service so much that we bought a future stay coupon for another couple we know. Bring plenty of $1 and $5 bills for tips, or pesos if you have them. My only regret is missing the pizza and Lebanese restaurant.
