The team made our vacation unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Jesús from Activities brought positive energy and a friendly attitude to every activity, making them fun and memorable. Juventino, our concierge, paid attention to every detail and kept our stay smooth and stress-free. By the pool, Carlos, the Pool Concierge, made sure we were comfortable and well looked after all day. Max, our pool waiter, was always checking on us with a smile, making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to all of them for such outstanding service.

The resort was clean and so much fun. James Smith made the activities a blast, especially karaoke and the soccer game. Each one felt new and different. Thanks, Jamie, for being such a great host and getting everyone involved! The food was good at Aqua Marina and Tokimeku, and Malva was our favorite for breakfast. Sante was best for dinner. Ricardo, the manager there, and our server Jesus gave us five-star service. Aran and Jessica at Tokimeku were great too, and Aran had excellent menu recommendations. Cappella was the one disappointment food-wise, though its dessert was good. Sante was the best overall for food, service, and experience. Thanks, everyone, for a great time!

Paradisus has one of the best beaches in Cabo, and we’ll be back. We normally stay at the Hilton next door or the Waldorf in Cabo, and they could learn a few things from this place. As a retired Marine, I pay close attention to details, and it would be hard for a guest to find anything out of place here. The relaxed feeling at all the pools exceeded my expectations. Spend the money and upgrade to the reserved experience. This is an adults-only inclusive resort, so there were no noisy kids or angry parents. Service, food, pools, rooms, and the property all deserve five stars. If you want a relaxed adults-only vibe with great service, food, and accommodations, this is the place. EXCELLENTE! Thanks to everyone at Paradisus for making the stay feel unbelievable. Danny Halley at the Sal steak house was such a professional server with an awesome character. Our “butler,” Juventino, was a shining example of attentive, professional service in hotel food and beverage. Thanks again for the care, attention to detail, and relaxation.

The service here is impeccable. I asked our concierge for a bag of chips today, and he replied, “Absolutely. Immediately.” The staff seem willing to get you anything you need. We had a divine meal at the steak cave, Sal. Rene was kind and funny, and kept making sure we had everything we needed. Then he surprised us with the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Everything was phenomenal, from the melted cheese appetizer to the top-notch steak. It really feels like paradise here.

We loved the couples massage with Monica and Belem. They were amazing. The hotel is pretty and quiet, with spacious rooms, grounds, and pool. We also enjoyed the little pickleball court right beside the pool, the ocean views, especially from the great lunch spot, and the nice additions of a shop and ice cream place. Most staff were extremely friendly, and it’s a good place to relax. The food was mostly good but not amazing, and breakfast in particular didn’t seem fresh. We also felt the stay wasn’t quite worth what we paid. Restaurant service was slow and inconsistent, and we didn’t like the two-tier system, since at times we felt we were treated as lesser than Reserve guests. People got up very early to save pool chairs and then stayed away for hours. We wish the hotel had done something about it. On our second day, Melia offered us a free dinner for attending a sales presentation about Melia Circle membership. It was meant to last 45 minutes, but the salesperson only let us leave after I pointed out we’d been in his office for over an hour. Near the end, he got annoyed that we didn’t want to join and was condescending, basically calling us stupid for not wanting to spend $25.000 right there.
