I haven't stayed at the hotel, so this is about the restaurant. I come back for the arrachera, which is always cooked just right. The waiters are excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The green field and common areas are beautifully kept and feel peaceful, and the view of the Cathedral of San José Iturbide makes the meal feel special.

The gardens are lovely and well cared for, and the rooms are clean. The restaurant serves good food, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. I prefer a more modern look, so I'd like the bathrooms to be updated a little, though that comes down to personal taste.

It's painful to see a place this beautiful have such poor restaurant service. The food itself is delicious, but by the time it reached our table, the dish was already cold. I just wish the service matched the setting.

The food is very good, and the price isn't too high. For Mexico, the quality is good, and it's a nice place to spend time.
