We really enjoyed our stay because the staff were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel is welcoming and has all the necessary amenities for a wonderful visit. Highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, though a bit high. There was no elevator or parking at the hotel, but they offered parking across the street. The room had only a fan, with no windows or ventilation.

You can sleep peacefully since the hotel is outside the chaos of downtown San Juan. Just be aware that some streets in the city center on the way to the hotel are deserted after 10 pm. Parking is across the street in a secure building.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, the service was good, and the location made it easy to get where I needed to go.

It's a 10-12 minute walk to the Cathedral. The room was fine and very spacious, but the fan didn't feel like enough, so it could use air conditioning. There isn't an elevator, and the stairs feel tiring because of how high each floor is. We also had trouble getting hot water. Apparently they use solar heaters, which aren't enough when the hotel is full.
