Tucked into a small plaza, the rooms are nice and the area is quiet.

A good spot to stay.

It was okay.

I was very disappointed with room [12] at Hotel Plaza San Juan. There was water sitting in the bathroom, and the armchair looked dirty, possibly stained. We also saw small insects and suspect the mattresses may have bed bugs or another infestation. This is a serious health concern. I want an explanation and a solution for addressing the possible bed bug problem, including professional fumigation. The room's condition was unacceptable and unsanitary, and I expect a prompt response and action.
