The orange courtyard is beautiful, and the grounds are kept immaculate. Our room was clean, the bedding very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. Check-in was quick and the service was great. There's also a very good restaurant onsite, and they have parking with security at the entrance. It's close to the main highways, about 40 minutes from Queretaro airport, directly across from the Liverpool mall, with great restaurants nearby. My only suggestion is to update the TVs and their system. It can be picky and frustrating, though once you get the hang of it, it's okay. I do recommend this hotel.

The pool is heated a bit, so it's not as cold as the air around it, though it still isn't exactly warm. There's a gym too, and a shopping mall right across from the hotel that you can walk to easily. We had clean rooms, and the receptionists were kind and always helpful when we asked for information. A very nice hotel in San Juan del Rio.

I haven't stayed overnight here, but I've been to an event and had a few meals. It's an elegant, traditional place with a beautiful building. The food has always been very good, and the ambiance is excellent.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel looks like it belongs in a movie set in colonial times. It's close to the historic city center, with lots of great places to eat, and you can shop at the Galleria across the street. The restaurant at the hotel serves typical mexican breakfast.

The service was very good 👍 and the restaurant was good too. Breakfast may be a bit overpriced for the region, though. The architecture is lovely, and the rooms were okay, nothing fancy.
