The room was clean and the price was fair for a one-night stay. It could use some upkeep, though. It wasn't hot, so the fan was enough despite there being no AC. The bigger hassle was charging my phone: there was just one outlet, tucked under a table.

Whenever I'm in San Luis Potosí, this feels like my oasis 🥰 The people working here are always so friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality is the best, and I love the Vampiros and sangria preparadas(: With the traffic around the hotel, getting a taxi is easy. Love it! 🖤🖤🖤

We were there from Friday to Sunday, and the pool was a big reason I chose this place after seeing the photos. But it shuts at 7pm, even when it's still hot and bright outside. In the mornings, taking the kids for a swim didn't work either: they sent us away because they'd put cleaning chemicals in the pool, which they said would make it unusable for the next two days. Why do that over a weekend? The rooms also have no AC, and you have to buy ice from the restaurant.

When I got sick, the front desk answered the phone right away and got a taxi to my door. I really appreciated that, and felt good about the security too. The staff were excellent.

For a good price, I got a nice room with a big, clean, new bathroom. The service was excellent too.
