Hyatt Regency San Luis Potosi

For what you pay, hearing everything from the next room is ridiculous. I also had to leave early for work, but they refused to refund the unused balance. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They are frauds.

We spent three nights here, Wednesday through Friday. Wednesday was fine, but Thursday and Friday were awful. The hotel is built around a discotheque that plays on until 3:30 AM, then the party spills into the streets. If you like yelling, singing, and partying, you can do it without even leaving your room. The front desk didn't seem interested in helping or moving us, and the manager avoided speaking with us, leaving it to them. If you're in San Luis to party, this might suit you. For business, avoid room 502 and ask for the seventh floor or higher to get away from the discotheque. Honestly, there are plenty of nice hotels in San Luis, so I'd choose another one instead of losing sleep here.

I had a really good week here. The room was pretty nice and had a city view, though I think it could use brighter lights. I only managed to have breakfast once because of work, but it was great, and the service was excellent. There's a shopping center right downstairs, and the area felt safe.

The staff were wonderfully accommodating, and Paolo in the main dining room was especially friendly and attentive. The Hyatt was spotless, with modern full-service amenities. Check-in, parking, and housekeeping all went smoothly.
