Casalinda Hotel Boutique

Casalinda really lives up to its name. Our room was huge, with a beautiful bathroom, and everything was perfect. It’s right in the city center.

The price and location are excellent, but the rooms need a lot of care. We had freezing cold showers, even after asking for them to be fixed, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. They should add a nightstand on both sides of the bed and basic things like a coffee station. There’s also a nearby nightclub that gets extremely loud on weekends. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, but guests should be told before booking.

The service was very good. They cleaned our rooms every day and helped us with taxis and directions. The hotel is in the town center, close to the important landmarks. Rooms are clean and sparse, with A/C and a safe but no fridge. There’s no restaurant on site or coffee station.

We arrived to find that they couldn’t locate our hotel keys, and the rooms were open and looked as if someone had already been in them. The manager didn’t come speak with us because it was outside his work schedule. A horrible experience.
