Hotel Vista Hermosa

The staff were attentive, the grounds were spacious, and the children's pool sat beside the adult one. I appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned, changed the kitchen towels, cleared sand from the bathroom, mopped, and remade the beds. They even put them back the way they were on our first day. The room service itself was a nice touch, and I liked that it was provided without fanfare, but we returned after being out all day to find things changed without being told. Everything we checked was fine. One time, I felt someone was opening the door while I was in the bathroom changing with my children, so a notice before housekeeping comes would help avoid surprises. My main request is longer pool hours. During the season we visited, it stayed open until 8 pm, though the regular hours were 10 am to 7 pm and they ushered people out five minutes early, right on time. I liked our stay and would recommend it.

We had a great time in this rustic place. The family atmosphere was lovely, and the beach here seemed the cleanest and prettiest in the bay. The location was excellent too.

The beach area is still very clean and cared for, and the location is excellent. I have good childhood memories here with my family, and coming back is just as enjoyable.

I came to see a family member. The hotel has clearly been around for years and feels old. I don't know what it costs, but I doubt the price is for luxury. I'd guess you're paying more for being right by the beach.
