The staff’s response made an already awful stay even worse. Paola was dismissive and unhelpful when we explained the problems, and Blanca showed no regard for basic guest service. We never felt they cared that we were uncomfortable. The hotel offered no immediate help or solution, just empty apologies. There was no running water during our stay, and my friend was left stranded in the bathroom with shampoo in her hair. A constant sewer smell throughout the property made the place almost unbearable too. No water, poor hygiene, and no care for guests. I’d never stay again and would tell others to think twice before booking.

The beds are hard and low to the floor, and the rooms are small and terrible. They also made me check out early and wouldn’t refund the nights I didn’t stay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The neighborhood is awesome, the views are great, and you can walk to pretty much anything from this prime spot.

They cancelled my reservation less than a month before my trip and gave no reason at all. Just a straight cancellation. DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I’ll stay here again.
