The room was tiny, the floor was dirty, and there was an odd smell of dampness mixed with cleaning products. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained.

I left early because the room wasn’t fit to stay in. It was dirty, the ceiling was rotten and moldy, and the chair and table were rusty. The walls were so thin I could hear someone snoring in another room all night. Worst ibis I’ve stayed at, and I’ve been to three in the past three months.

No friendly service here. The staff were unfriendly and inefficient, and management seemed disconnected from customer service.

The location is great, but they need to do more with the place. The room was small, and the shower was right in the middle. Don’t eat at the buffet, the food tasted terrible and there wasn’t much variety. The coffee was the only good thing. I won’t be back.
