Comfortable, good value, and in a great location. It’s a solid place to return to, though a few things could be better. There’s no free coffee maker in the room, which is common, and the restaurant coffee is bland. Even a takeaway cup costs a lot.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at so far. The dirtiest part was the room coffee machine: the coffee tasted strange, and when I checked it, there was mold inside. It looked like it had never been cleaned. That night I threw up four times in a row and couldn’t eat for a day and a half. It felt like bad food poisoning. Check-in took 20 minutes after a long journey because reception didn’t have enough staff for the number of guests. Breakfast was disappointing too. Most guests seemed to arrive at once, so there weren’t tables available, the waiters looked overwhelmed, and the options were limited and tasted bad. They kept my laundry at reception and only handed it back after payment. They wouldn’t bring it to my room, which showed zero trust toward a guest paying so much for overrated rooms. Stay away, for your health and your nerves.

The location is great, right in the fashion mall, and the room and view are fantastic. The room cleaning didn’t meet expectations, though, and the shower wasn’t fully cleaned.

Waiting at check-in was the first warning. The receptionist told us to wait 20 minutes as soon as we arrived. This place is nowhere close to five-star standards, and would need major improvements even to reach two stars. We booked a triple room but got only two towels. I called for a third and was told it would arrive “right away.” An hour passed, calls went unanswered, and when I went down to reception to speed things up, they again said it was coming. It finally showed up 90 minutes after my first request. Later, there was no minibar in the room, so I asked reception for a bottle of water. They said it would be sent promptly, but after 30 minutes nothing came. I called again and got the same promise. Back at reception, I still wasn’t allowed to take one directly. The water arrived another 40 minutes later. I travel often and have stayed in hotels around the world, but I’ve never had service this poor or seen guests treated with such disregard. I even asked staff to be honest if they couldn’t serve us, so we could check out and find a place able to offer basic hospitality. It’s better to say “we don’t have this service” than promise quick delivery and do nothing. This was disrespectful and unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming five stars. In just eight hours, this became the worst hotel experience of my life. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away. It’ll ruin your trip.
