Amy Joe was incredibly helpful and even arranged a lovely local guide, Jorge, for our trip to Uxmal. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay at the Pickled Onion in January. We loved the beautiful grounds, the relaxing pool, and the breakfast courtyard. The restaurant meals were delicious, and the margaritas and other cocktails were fabulous. We highly recommend staying here when you’re in the area.

I didn’t stay at the property, but I’m glad I stopped at The Pickled Onion near Uxmal for a meal. The restaurant was well worth the visit, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. It’s a lovely place to unwind over a meal after exploring the ruins.

The restaurant food was great, and the price felt fair for the quality. The boss lady and employees were so welcoming and kind, they made me feel at home. This is truly one of the most gorgeous hotels I’ve ever visited. If I’m back in Yucatán, I’ll definitely return.

I could stay here forever! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and fluent in English. The casitas are great, very clean, with a really comfortable bed and a hammock for lounging. There’s strong WiFi and AC too. The on-site restaurant is very good. Breakfast comes with your stay, and you can add dinner, drinks by the pool, or even a picnic to take on an adventure day.

We had a lovely evening here with our group of 12. They’d set up tables for us on the patio, and the candles and flowers made it feel romantic. The meals were delicious and well served, and the service was fast and perfect.
