The rooms were sweet and cozy, with AC, and the open air lobby made for lovely, quiet mornings with complimentary dark coffee. It’s tucked on a quiet street in the center of Centro, away from the noise of bars and restaurants. Security felt very good, with a 24 hour front desk and kind, attentive staff from reception through the cleaning crew. Most major attractions are a perfect 10-15 minute walk, and Plaza de Armes is less than a 10 minute walk for breakfast or coffee. A real gem.

The location is great, close to downtown, and the rooms are nicely decorated. There’s a patio to sit and relax, parking, and breakfast is included on weekends only. We had no windows, just french doors, so there was no way to get fresh air. The A/C was terribly noisy and really needs servicing or replacing. For the price we paid, though, there isn’t too much to complain about.

For the price, this boutique hotel is a fantastic find right in the center of Querétaro. The rooms are spacious, with air conditioning, big showers, and good bathroom amenities. The beds are a little firm, but they were still fine. Private parking is a real plus since it’s so hard to find in central Querétaro.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nicely decorated. We were in room #5, though, and it was quite dark since the only light came through the French doors. Brighter lighting would help. I’d stay again if I could get a room with windows.
