The location makes it easy to get around, and breakfast was served at a restaurant just a few steps from the hotel when I visited. That was very practical, 10/10. My room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, ideal for resting. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience: spotless cleanliness, top-notch facilities, and care in every detail. The staff were very professional and attentive, and dealt with requests quickly and kindly. Definitely recommend it for leisure or business. I'd return.

We had a lovely time at the Úrsula Concept. Our modern, clean, well-equipped room and the very friendly, professional service made for a pleasant stay, especially María at reception. The on-site restaurant, "Gastón y su vino," is very good, though it's a shame it doesn't open in the evening. This small boutique hotel is in a really interesting neighborhood in Querétaro. It's outside the busiest part of the city, but the area is clearly thriving, with a lively atmosphere and lots of elegant, attractive places.

The location and the hotel itself were nice, but the parking arrangement was confusing. We got three different explanations: first, that parking would be free; then that we had to pay and would get 50% back; and finally, that they would reimburse the full amount. Since no one could clearly explain how payment or reimbursement worked, we chose not to park there. I can't say whether they actually offer the refund.

Right across from the hotel is a lively plaza with sweets, handicrafts, esquites, and a tourist train that takes you through the area's history. The location made our visit memorable and left me wanting to come back. Inside, the new rooms are elegant and comfortable, while their ceilings and paintings, some more than 100 years old, keep the building's history visible. The decor feels right for Querétaro, and the hotel has only recently opened.
