The owner was attentive to everything I needed, and the location made it easy to start the day with breakfast downtown. My first trip to Querétaro became unforgettable, and I’d happily stay here again next time I visit.

They were kind and let us check in even though it was already late, thank you. The bathroom could use more privacy: sounds carry, and there’s an opening where people can see in. I also found the colors a little gloomy and think changing them would make the place more comfortable.

The service was terrible. There was no air conditioning, and you could hear everything from the other rooms while in the bathroom. My room didn’t have shampoo, conditioner, or even basic soap. The mattresses were uncomfortable, there was no nightlight, and the only trash can was in the bathroom. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

The room had a musty smell, so we opened the window. Then we found socks left by the previous guest, and the bed linens had stains and someone else’s hair on them. The owner didn’t fix it when I spoke to him, even though staff were there, and nobody came to change the sheets. We left at 12:40 am to find a cleaner hotel. There are plenty of other places to stay in the area, so I don’t recommend this one.
