It looked nice in the pictures, but I never got to stay because nobody opened up. They didn’t answer the phone either, and the door stayed shut even though I arrived at the time in my reservation. I’m still waiting for my refund.

We stayed in unit 3. No kitchen, but it had air conditioning, internet, a small fridge, a microwave, and four bottles of water from the Airbnb host. The location was fantastic.

Really great.

The garden was the standout for me, and the staff were warm and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the basics covered: a bed, bathroom, linens, hot water, AC, and TV. They're standard in size, and each has a separate entrance. The location is very central, and the place itself is lovely. Parking takes some planning. Street spaces can be hard to find, though there's an inexpensive lot less than a five-minute walk away. Noise was the downside during my stay. You can hear the theater next door, and even when a show doesn't run very late, the sound can feel disruptive. There was also a nearby party that night, so I didn't sleep well. Aside from that noise, I'd recommend it.

The service was excellent, with staff regularly answering our questions and staying on top of anything that came up. We had no trouble getting in, and the location is perfect. Our small room had what we needed, including air conditioning and hot water. The garden could use some attention: there's just one table, and without lights at night, you can't really spend time there.
