A classic colonial-style hotel, in a great spot if you want to enjoy the resort or have transportation.
8/10
There’s plenty of space and greenery here, plus a nice pool and a grassy play area for kids.
8/10
The hacienda is beautifully preserved, the service was great, and everyone we met was helpful, polite, and nice. My room was the problem. The AC couldn’t cool it properly, maybe because the room was too big for it. Neither sink drained, and the shower started backing up with really nasty stuff. I was in room 208, so hopefully they can sort it out for the next guest.
10/10
The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Hacienda Jurica by Brisas is surrounded by lovely gardens where you can hear the birds singing, and the historic architecture gives the place a relaxing feel. It’s a memorable mix of comfort and history, whether you’re visiting for a quiet getaway or a special occasion. I’d definitely recommend it.
6/10
The whole place felt pretty blah. My in-room coffee machine didn’t work, and the bathroom wasn’t clean: there was a big hair on the floor and more by the shower soap holder. The water smelled bad, and the floor had rust stains. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you like having coffee in your room or a clean bathroom.
