Please don’t stay at this hotel. Ten minutes after checking in, I got a call from a Mexican number. The caller knew my name, room number, and other personal details, claimed to be part of the Cartel, and threatened to send people to my room in an attempted extortion. The story is too long to tell, but I believe someone at the hotel shared my personal information to frighten me and demand money. I’ll report what happened to the local authorities and Hilton Corporation. WARNING, this hotel is not safe. Do not book here.

The team are professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The property is close to lots of shops and places to eat, and the rooms are standard HILTIN quality. I highly recommend it for business or pleasure.

The rooms are worn out, and breakfast is really poor. The internet was just barely good enough for email.

I felt safe the whole time, and the room and location were both great. Fresh breakfast every morning was awesome, and the bar was great in the afternoon. No complaints or issues, and I’ll most likely stay here again on my next trip in Mexico.

The people working there were very nice, and we ordered room service, which arrived in takeout bags. We stayed because I was having surgery the next morning at Hospital Angeles. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The towels, carpet, and bedding were a little past their prime.
