Hilton Queretaro

I love the rooms, the restaurant, and especially the bar. The hotel is amazing, with an incredible view fro. QUERETARO. It had been remodeled just one year ago and is soooo nice. For me, it’s the best hotel in the city.

The bar was fantastic, and the view was great. Service was good too.

I used to visit this hotel often, and I’m a Hilton Diamond member, but I won’t be coming back. The manager added charges to my bill after I had checked out and settled it. Keep your receipts and check the bill carefully. I emailed Hilton QRO to dispute the charges, but he refused to make any changes, so I had to take it up with my credit card company to get the money reversed. The manager replied below, but the charges should have been on my final bill if the right procedures had been followed. The staff had changed the dates and didn’t mention an early departure fee. Mr. Cordova added it several days later and charged my card. If there was a fee, it should have been included when I checked out. Hilton needs to remove its name from this hotel if its current management continues. The management staff didn’t meet Hilton standards, and the customer service was poor. Find somewhere else to stay.

The rooms were spacious and nice, but I wouldn’t stay again until the renovations are finished. I spent two and a half weeks here on a business trip while construction was underway, with frequent loud noise and the AC repeatedly going out. Not all facilities had been updated yet. The restaurant on site was pricey even for a hotel, and the food wasn’t very good. There was no laundry service or laundry facility, and no coffee in the lobby.
