Holiday Inn Express Queretaro by IHG

It’s a quiet, clean hotel with good service, a nice choice for a stopover or a business trip. The rooms have small desk areas too, which make it comfortable for resting or getting some work done from the room.

For a month-long business stay, my king suite worked really well. It had a kitchen, reception area, bedroom, and bathroom, with the necessary items provided and the room kept in good condition. Staff were nice, answered questions, took care of requests, cleaned daily, and replenished the supplies. The hotel is right on the main road, so getting around is easy, and it’s near downtown and la comer. The food was good, though it was entirely American cuisine. A nice place at a decent price, especially if you need to stay for a while.

The place is beautiful, but my first visit was also my last. I left my laptop charger and sunglasses behind, then called a few hours after checking out at 8:00 AM. I told the front desk woman about the cable and glasses. She said the room attendant would look and call me back. When she did, she said nothing was in the room and there was nothing she could do. Wonderful place, but dishonest staff. Hope the money from selling those things serves you well.

For the price, it’s a good option if you only need somewhere to sleep. I’ve stayed a couple of times, but this visit the shower clearly needed maintenance. It was clogged with hard water buildup, and the water stream even hurt. They need to pay attention to details like that.
